Mrs Roberts - Higher Level Teaching Assistant and Forest School Leader

Mrs Roberts is a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.  After working at the school for 15 years she had a break to work in mental health and has now rejoined the school with the Reception team.  

Likes - Live concerts especially P!nk, the colour purple and West End musicals.

Dislikes - Spiders and scary movies.

Mr Andrews - Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Mr Andrews is a Higher Level Teaching Assistant covering all the Year 1 and Year 2 classes for the Teachers.  He has worked in two other primary schools assisting children with special needs and as an HLTA covering many classes, especially the Reception class. He always tries to be positive and encouraging and loves to win games when playing against the children.

Likes - Mr Benn, Bath RFC, Cosmology, History of Art and being with his family.

Dislikes - The Child Catcher in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Manchester United and custard. 

Mrs Miller - Reception Teaching Assistant

Mrs Miller is a Year R Teaching Assistant, she is Clerk to the Governors and FEPS Treasurer. She has worked in school for quite a long time. She is friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Likes - Beautiful handbags (especially the Scotty dog variety!) and holidays in hot countries.

Dislikes – Rudeness and impatience.

Mrs Keiley - Year 1 Teaching Assistant

Mrs Keiley is a Teaching Assistant in Year 1. She has been a TA at the school for over 20 years. She has assisted many children with special needs over the years. She also encourages children’s learning with help from her friends Pip, Lenny, Ginger and Mikey!

Likes – Westlife, the colour purple and reading Catherine Cookson novels.

Dislikes – Hot weather, untidiness, rudeness and bad manners.

Mrs Wheatley - Reception Teaching Assistant

Mrs Wheatley is a Teaching Assistant in the Reception classes. She is qualified with a degree in primary education and has a background working with early years.

Likes - butterflies, reading novels and watching films.

Dislikes - Spiders and fish

Mrs Houghton - Reception Teaching Assistant

Mrs Houghton is a Teaching Assistant in one of the Reception classes and started at East Preston Infant School in September 2015.  She has been working in Early years for 10 years and loves watching children learn and develop.

Likes - Dancing, running, reading and listening to music.

Dislikes - Frogs!

Mrs Buchanan - Year 2 Teaching Assistant

Mrs Buchanan works as a Teaching Assistant in Year 2. She joined in January 2016 after moving from South London.  She has 18 years experience of working with children.

Likes – Watching musicals and going out for afternoon tea.

Dislikes - Miserable rainy days and late nights!

Mrs Wakeling - Year 2 Teaching Assistant

Mrs Wakeling is one of our Teaching Assistants working in Year 2. She has worked at our school since 2006.

Likes Relaxing, swimming, and her children.

Dislikes Roundstone gates, lazy people and rudeness.

Mrs Watson - Year 1 Teaching Assistant

Mrs Watson is one of our Teaching Assistants working in Year 1.  She enjoys being outside playing games with the children at lunchtime.

Likes – Hot days in the garden and watching her children go-karting.

Dislikes – Snow and an untidy house.

Mrs Boult - Learning Support Assistant

Mrs Boult is a Learning Support Assistant. She has worked with children for over 22 years.

Likes - Going to Brownies, chocolate and reading Danielle Steel books.

Dislikes - Frogs and messy bedrooms.

Mrs Lean - Higher Level Teaching Assistant and Forest School Leader

Mrs Lean is a Higher Level Teaching Assistant and Forest School Leader and is also our First Aid Co-ordinator. She has worked as a nurse for many years before.

Likes - Reading, tap dancing and spending time with her family and friends.

Dislikes - Lateness, snakes and toffee.

Mrs O'Keefe - Learning Support Assistant

Mrs O'Keefe is a Learning Support Assistant she joined our school in November 2015.

Likes - Children (especially babies), baking, sewing, vintage clothes, walks in spring sunshine, daffodils, Mr Whippy ice cream, Philip Schofield and dancing round the kitchen.

Dislikes - Getting up in the morning, being cold, bad manners and being on my own.

Mrs Chilvers - Learning Support Assistant

Mrs Chilvers is a Learning Support Assistant. She worked in a local pre-school for 3 years before joining our school in November 2015. She also worked with children for many years before having two children of her own.

Likes - Spending time with her family, chocolate, warm weather and reading.

Dislikes - Cold and wet days, rudeness, lateness and coffee.
